Our seasonal treat boxes are released almost bimonthly. “Almost”, because we like to align our seasonal collections with holidays and important dates on the wheel of the year, so release times may vary! (Past seasonal treat boxes have celebrated : Ostara, Winter and Summer Solstices, Beltane…) Seasonal treat boxes are created in small batches, and e-mail subscribers get a head-start. The Mystery CSA (Community Supported Alchemy) Subscription allows Oracle to reduce waste and experiment with wild and wonderful new flavors. A CSA subscription brings you backstage, into the kitchen. You’ll get to experience what we’re experimenting with and inspired by, before anyone else! Treats in these boxes may go on to appear in future Seasonal Treat Boxes, or appear on shelves and tables in spaces across Ithaca. CSA boxes might contain truffles, marshmallows, chocolate bark, bars, baked goods - whatever we're experimenting with at the time. Flavors will not be released ahead of time - every month will be a surprise! A perfect gift for yourself or a loved one, our CSA boxes also help us reduce waste and experiment with wild and wonderful new flavors. No. ... With very rare exceptions. While we try to regularly stock at least one vegan caramel at events, we cannot guarantee we will always have a vegan option. While most of our products do not contain gluten, or wheat, we frequently use these ingredients (and nuts!) in our products, and cannot guarantee a complete lack of crossover. If you or someone you're sharing treats with has a severe nut allergy, we recommend a "better safe than sorry" approach. Your health and safety is our top priority. If you have a severe allergy, we unfortunately recommend that you purchase confections elsewhere. We want to keep you safe and healthy! Please see our Store Policy for more details.

Ingredient lists for all Oracle Chocolates products are available upon request. In addition, we will always disclose common allergens in product listings. However, we frequently use nuts and gluten in various products, and cannot guarantee a complete lack of crossover. While we of course do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we are not a certified gluten free kitchen. Boxes will be available for pickup at our kitchen above Home Green Home in the Ithaca Commons, on the date of their release. Treat box release dates will be in each box's product description. Orders must be picked up during regular store hours. If you are unable to pick up your box, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If you do not pick up your box within two days of release, your box may be discarded. For wholesale orders, pickup will be determined on a case by case basis.

No(t yet). Shipping chocolate is tricky, as you might imagine. It’s especially difficult to find safe and efficient ways to do so without significant waste and environmental cost. If you or a friend would like to purchase any of our chocolates and ship them privately, we are happy to provide consultation on the most effective way to ensure the chocolates arrive intact (and un-melted). However, at this time we are not providing shipping.

We are tucked away in the Ithaca Commons, above Home Green Home. If you're picking up treat boxes, you'll head up the bright pink stairs with the stunning pothos vines, and find us at the top (with a doorbell and a sign that says "CHOCOLATES HERE"!). Ring the bell and we'll greet you with your treats!
