Are your chocolates vegan / gluten free / dairy free?

No. 
... With very rare exceptions.

While we try to regularly stock at least one vegan caramel at events, we cannot guarantee we will always have a vegan option.

While most of our products do not contain gluten, or wheat, we frequently use these ingredients (and nuts!) in our products, and cannot guarantee a complete lack of crossover.

If you or someone you're sharing treats with has a severe nut allergy, we recommend a "better safe than sorry" approach. Your health and safety is our top priority. If you have a severe allergy, we unfortunately recommend that you purchase confections elsewhere. We want to keep you safe and healthy!

What if I have allergies?

Ingredient lists for all Oracle Chocolates products are available upon request. In addition, we will always disclose common allergens in product listings. However, we frequently use nuts in various products, and cannot guarantee a complete lack of crossover.

While we of course do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we are not a certified gluten free kitchen. If you have a severe allergy, we unfortunately recommend that you purchase confections elsewhere. We want to keep you safe and healthy!

Question 3

How will I receive my order?

Pre-ordered Holiday Boxes will be available for pickup at our storefront on the Ithaca Commons (134 East State St) on the date of their release. 
Holiday Box release dates will be in each box's product description.

All other orders can be picked up on Fridays at the shop, from 10 - 5. Please note : If you place an order after midnight on a Thursday, your order will not be ready that Friday morning - it will be ready the following week.

Orders must be picked up during scheduled pick-up hours. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If you do not pick up your order within two days after the pick-up date, it may be discarded.
 
For wholesale orders, pickup will be determined on a case by case basis.

Do you ship?

Shipping chocolate is tricky, as you might imagine. It’s especially difficult to find safe and efficient ways to do so without significant waste and environmental cost. If you or a friend would like to purchase any of our chocolates and ship them privately, we are happy to provide consultation on the most effective way to ensure the chocolates arrive intact (and un-melted). However, at this time we are not providing shipping.
