Return Policy
Pre-orders for Seasonal Treat Boxes and Mystery CSA Boxes are non-refundable, as products are made-to-order.
Orders placed for pick-up must be picked up at the listed location within 48 hours. If you are unable to pick up your order on the day it is released, you must contact us at “oraclechocolates@gmail.com” or via the contact form on our website as soon as possible. Orders not retrieved within two business days are subject to being discarded.
Privacy Policy
We will never share your payment information, email address, or contact information with anyone outside of Oracle Chocolates. For orders requiring pickup, we will share your first and last name with the staff at the pickup location, so that you may retrieve your order.
Allergens
We take every precaution we can to avoid crossover with common allergens, but we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen, and nuts are frequently used in some of our products. While we take care to list every ingredient we use in our products, and will highlight common allergens, we cannot guarantee a complete lack of crossover. We therefore recommend that anyone with a severe allergy unfortunately avoid our products. Your safety is paramount.
